When the Petit Gigolo asks for a dance
Rosé Petit Gigolo
AOC ValaisRosé wine
Pinot Noir
13.5%
Stainless steel tank
8-10°C
This Valais rosé made from Pinot Noir is a versatile wine with delicate freshness and elegant fruitiness. It is ideal with antipasti and aperitifs, where its lightness perfectly complements Mediterranean appetisers and fine cheese platters. It brings a harmonious balance to Asian dishes, especially those with a slight spiciness or exotic aromas. Its fine structure also makes it a convincing choice with fish and seafood, whether grilled, marinated or raw. In spring, it goes wonderfully with asparagus, fresh salads or quiche – a wine that captures the season in a glass.
Oskar Mathier-Oggier AG is listed as the producer on the wine label. This is a tribute to Diego Mathier's grandfather Oskar Mathier-Oggier.
All wines in the new Petit Gigolo wine line do not have a vintage on the label because, whether young or old, anyone can be a ‘Petit Gigolo’. But of course the wine is always labelled and sold with the current vintage.
This dry rosé seduces with aromas of red berries, peach, English toffee and strawberries. Elegant and full-bodied, it combines the freshness of a white wine with the charming structure of a red wine.
The juice is extracted from the Pinot grapes at an early stage. It is then matured in stainless steel tanks.
