The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have finished processing your request). 9.3Facebook pixel, custom audiences and Facebook conversion
On the basis of our legitimate interests in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our online services and for these purposes, our online services use the so-called ‘Facebook pixel‘ of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or, if you are a resident of the EU, Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (’Facebook"), is used within our online offering for these purposes.

With the help of the Facebook pixel, Facebook is able, on the one hand, to determine the visitors to our online offering as a target group for the presentation of ads (so-called ‘Facebook ads’). Accordingly, we use the Facebook pixel to display the Facebook ads we have placed only to Facebook users who have also shown an interest in our online offering or who exhibit certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products determined on the basis of the websites visited) that we transmit to Facebook (so-called ‘custom audiences’). With the help of Facebook pixels, we also want to ensure that our Facebook ads match the potential interest of users and are not perceived as annoying. With the help of Facebook pixels, we can also track the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes by seeing whether users have been redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad (known as a ‘conversion’).
Facebook processes the data in accordance with Facebook's Data Policy. Accordingly, general information on the presentation of Facebook ads can be found in Facebook's Data Policy: https://www.facebook.com/policy.php. The settings are platform-independent, i.e. they zre adopted for all devices, such as desktop computers or mobile devices.
You can also opt out of the use of cookies for reach measurement and advertising purposes via the opt-out page of the Network Advertising Initiative (http://optout.networkadvertising.org/) and additionally the US website (http://www.aboutads.info/choices) or the European website (http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices/).

Brevo uses this information to send and statistically evaluate the newsletter on our behalf. For the evaluation, the e-mails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which are single-pixel image files stored on our website. However, Brevo does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or pass them on to third parties.
If you wish to object to the data analysis for statistical evaluation purposes, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter.
To protect your data in Germany, we have concluded a data processing agreement with Brevo based on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission to enable the transfer of your personal data to Brevo.
