AOC Valais
The Dôle blanche is an elegant rosé with a typical bouquet, a charming fruity flavour and a slightly sweet finish that makes the hearts of both men and women beat faster. And it tastes even better when enjoyed together. After all, as the saying goes: shared pleasure is double the pleasure.

Culinary recommendation

An excellent accompaniment to poultry, pork, pasta dishes, pizza, risotto and fish. An unforgettable aperitif on a warm summer evening, or simply to enjoy the beautiful moments in life.

Wine history
chevron-down

Dôle blanche, which is mainly made from Pinot Noir grapes, is still considered a white wine by law despite the grape variety used (and therefore does not have to be labelled with the name Oeil-de-Perdrix, which is less appreciated by Valais winegrowers).

However, we do not know whether the name is ultimately decisive for the enjoyment experience. What we do know, however, is that this light-coloured, light rosé wine with its lightness, fruit and mild sweetness is particularly popular with women.

For this reason, the label is adorned with a graceful, proud and elegant lady. But don't worry, the Dôle blanche Frauenfreude makes men's hearts beat just as fast.

Tasting note
chevron-down

The Dôle blanche Frauenfreude impresses with its floral bouquet and a charming fruit aroma of red berries and vineyard peaches, characterized by a sweet finish.

Vinification
chevron-down

The grapes are only left on the mash for a short time and thereby gain their characteristic light color and fine extracts. Sweet pressing is then carried out. Alcoholic fermentation and acid reduction then take place in stainless steel tanks.
