Production process
The selected fresh Pinot Noir grapes are gently pressed on our grape press. Following alcoholic fermentation, the mash is distilled very slowly in a copper still. Thanks to the use of the rectification column, the distillate is of the highest purity and quality. The distillate reaches its perfect maturity after 12 months of ageing in French oak barrels.
High-quality eau-de-vie from Valais Pinot Noir grapes with an intense flavour typical of the fruit, which is harmoniously complemented by a woody note and vanilla aromas.
