Culinary recommendation
chevron-down

Excellent with game, lamb and veal. But also a poem with poultry and hard cheese. An excellent accompaniment to veal kidneys flambéed in brandy.

Wine history
chevron-down

The Rhone Glacier, the largest glacier in the Alps, covered the entire Valais down to Lake Geneva during the Ice Age. Over the millennia, it retreated further and further, so that the valley lost this support, which led to landslides and landslides.

The resulting barren soils are a mixture of magnesium and limestone. Together with the warm climate, they form the ideal conditions for Pinot Noir. The Pinot Noir owes its Réserve label to the additional ageing in our cellar - a guarantee for a Pinot Noir of the highest quality that is ready to drink.
