Closed bottle: When stored upright in the dark and at an ambient temperature of 15 to 25 Celsius and a relative humidity of 50% to 85%, it will keep for a very long time. opened bottle: Store in a cool place and protect from light.

Production process

The apricots are harvested when fully ripe, sorted by hand and then left to ferment. After alcoholic fermentation, the fermented apricot must is distilled in a copper still. The distillate is stored for at least 12 months and then matures to perfection in oak barrels.
