Production process
Williams pears from the Valais are picked before they are ripe and are left to mature in wooden crates. When ideally ripe (yellow edible fruit), the fruit is hand-picked, crushed and fermented. Following alcoholic fermentation, the fermented pear must is distilled very slowly in a copper still. The distillate is stored for at least 12 months in oak barrels to reach perfect maturity.
High-quality eau-de-vie from Valais pears with an intense nose and flavour typical of the fruit, which is harmoniously complemented by a woody note and vanilla aromas.
