This single-varietal Pinot Noir grows in the vineyards of Salgesch and matures to perfection in the Cave de l'Hospice de Salquenen. Salgesch is considered the Pinot Noir Mecca of Switzerland. Here, the elegant Pinot Noir grape finds its perfect terroir in the slate and limestone scree. The wine label is a tribute to Diego Mathier's grandfather Oskar Mathier-Oggier.
