Can I return wine that I have ordered?

You are only entitled to return goods that you have ordered if it can be proven that the goods delivered are not the goods that were ordered, if there are production defects or if there is transport damage that occurred during delivery. Any errors or defects must be reported immediately.

What conditions must be met for goods to be returned?

The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused and complete.

What happens in the case of defective items?

Defective or damaged items are always examined by us for the corresponding defects in order to ensure the warranty claim. Damage caused by defective material or manufacturing defects will be handled by Adrian & Diego Mathier Nouveau Salquenen AG in accordance with the provisions for incorrect delivery. If there is a defect or damage for which Adrian & Diego Mathier Nouveau Salquenen AG is responsible, Adrian & Diego Mathier Nouveau Salquenen AG is entitled to decide whether to exchange the goods or rectify the defect.

Can the goods to be returned also be handed in personally?

You can also hand in the goods in person by prior arrangement at our winery in Salgesch, at the Ritschard wine shop in Interlaken or at the Salgescher Weinkeller Mathier in Hochdorf / Lucerne.
