Can I have the wine I have ordered delivered?

Yes, the wines ordered are usually delivered by post (VinoLog) or by a transport company.

To which countries do you deliver wine?

We generally deliver to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Customers from abroad can organise their own transport.

From what quantity is delivery free of charge?

We offer free delivery on orders of 12 units or more.

• 1 bottle of 50cl corresponds to ½ unit
• 1 bottle of 37.5cl corresponds to ½ unit
• 1 bottle of 75cl corresponds to 1 unit
• 1 bottle of 150cl corresponds to 2 units
• 1 bottle of 300cl corresponds to 4 units

Up to 12 units, we charge a transport surcharge of CHF 15.00.

Wrong delivery

In the event of an incorrect delivery, Adrian & Diego Mathier Nouveau Salquenen AG agrees to deliver the correct item(s) to the customer if possible, or otherwise to settle the order with a corresponding replacement (at the customer's option) of the same value. It is not possible to cancel the order as long as the ordered item is available.
